Honoring the Legacy of Capitol Police Officer Billy Evans by Giving Back to the Community He Loved
The Billy Evans Memorial Scholarship Fund recognizes deserving graduating Drury High School seniors who embody the values of family, friendship, and community. We raise money for the Scholarships through the Billy Evans Memorial Golf Tournament and other family-focused events. The 2023 Tournament was a great success! Thank you to all who contributed. The 2024 tournament will be held October 5th!

What the BEMSF Does
Our mission is simple: To recognize the special values of family, friendship, and community found within the people of the Clarksburg, Massachusetts area and reward them through scholarships and grants in order to honor the life of Capitol Police Officer Billy Evans, a beloved friend, husband, father, and son.
